Republic of South Korea Visa Information

There are two types of visas to enter South Korea. The type of visa you need will depend on your country. Issuance of a visa will take 2~4 weeks.

Please request your visa document by April 30th.

If your country is listed as K-ETA Visa eligible and your nation’s visa requirement is NOT waived

2.a C-3-1 Visa [$ cost varies]

Non-K-ETA eligible countries must submit the following documents to the South Korean Visa Application Center:

1. (Handong) Invitation

2. (Handong) Business Registration Certificate

3. (Handong) Conference documentation

4. (Applicant) Bank statement (May differ depending on the embassy requirements)

1. Passport copy

2. Arrival & Departure date (Korea)

3. Address & contact number (Your country)

Handong Global University may request an additional information depending on the country.
