Registration Form: INCHE Global Conference 2025 in Kenya

Thank you for your interest in the INCHE Conference: Strengthening Christian Fabric in African Higher Education which will be held on 7-9 July 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya.

We know that some people will be coming from far away, and some from across town; some for one day and some for multiple days, so we have many options below. Choose all that apply to you. Please note that the system allows only one registration and payment at a time. If you have a group of three or more coming under one payment, please contact office@inche.one .

Registration

Registration costs are dependent on INCHE membership status. Faculty and staff of INCHE Institutions, Affiliates, or Individual members get a reduced rate. If you do not know if your institution is a member, you can contact INCHE-Africa@inche.one for clarification. You can also explore membership options by clicking MEMBERSHIP from the top menu.

Choosing the Full Conference registration option DOES NOT INCLUDE LODGING. This means that you do not need to choose the individual days for registration fees, but you still must choose Lodging options for each day if needed.

If you are registering a large group or need a separate institutional invoice or receipt, please contact Heather Altena at office@inche.one.

For those who need a visa to travel to Kenya, receipts showing conference and lodging fees will be issued after payment is received.

Lodging

Conference Lodging will be at CORAT Africa and will be available Sunday, July 6 - Wednesday, July 9.

Lodging costs include breakfast and dinner.

Options for single (8000 KSh/night) and double rooms (6000 KSh/night) are available. You will choose a room option for each day you will stay.
