February 18 and 19, INCHE welcomed members of the Ukraine Partnership Foundation to the campus of Calvin University. The President of the Ukrainian Baptist Seminary, Slavik Pyzh, networked with department and institute heads, sharing opportunities for partnership.
The visit culminated with a dinner bringing together participants with a historical connection to Ukraine or to Dr. Pych’s visit. Dr. Pych shared how the war’s “disruption” of identity, work, environment, and the future has caused a new direction in the church in Ukraine as well as exponential growth at the seminary.
He ended the evening by urging guests to pray for peace, victory, and mostly that Ukraine would become a nation that loves God and follows laws.
