Full Conference: $275 ($225 Early Bird registration on or before July 31) Registration closes Sept 30.

Full Conference registration includes attendance at all sessions, conference materials, Thursday dinner, Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday lunch, and all breaks during the conference. One day registrations include attendance at all sessions, conference materials, and all meals and breaks on the day that you attend. Overnight accommodations are NOT included as part of the registration fee. See options below.
Cancellation policy: Canceled registrations will be refunded, less a $20 fee, if received by INCHE (office@inche.one) before September 30, 2024.

Overnight Accommodations
A block of rooms at a reduced rate is being held at the Prince Conference Center for attendees. To reserve a room at the special rate, reserve online or call (616) 526-7200 and refer to the group code KIDVIC.
Hotels nearby:
Hilton Garden Inn Grand Rapids East: A block of rooms is reserved. To take advantage of the reduced conference rate, reserve by September 11, 2024 using this link or by calling the front desk (616-608-8800) and reserving under the group name “Kuyers/INCHE/DeVries.”
Free parking is available at both venues, but no shuttle is available to/from the airport.
